Overview
The Bouquetiere Circle is our private rewards program created to thank our loyal customers for shopping with La Bouquetiere.
Members earn reward points on eligible purchases made at www.labouquetiere.com and may redeem those points for reward coupons that can be applied to future purchases.
Participation in The Bouquetiere Circle is free and available to customers who create an account on www.labouquetiere.com.
By participating in The Bouquetiere Circle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
How Rewards Work
Members earn reward points on eligible purchases made on www.labouquetiere.com.
Points can be redeemed for reward coupons that may be applied to future purchases.
Redemption Value

200 points = $1 reward coupon

Points may be redeemed starting at 200 points

Additional points may be redeemed in any increment beyond this minimum
Examples:

200 points = $1
-
400 points = $2
-
1,000 points = $5
-
2,000 points = $10
Reward coupons can be applied during checkout on www.labouquetiere.com.
Welcome Bonus
Customers receive 250 reward points as a welcome gift when creating an account on www.labouquetiere.com and joining The Bouquetiere Circle.
These points are automatically added to the customer's rewards account once the account is created.
Minimum Purchase Requirements
Reward coupons require a minimum purchase of $50 per order.
The minimum purchase threshold must be met before taxes, shipping, and other charges.
Only one reward coupon may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility
The Bouquetiere Circle is available to customers who create an account on www.labouquetiere.com.
Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase in order to earn reward points.
Points are only earned on purchases made through www.labouquetiere.com.
Earning Points
Members earn reward points on eligible purchases made through the website.
Points begin accumulating on purchases made after the launch of The Bouquetiere Circle and do not apply to purchases made prior to the program start date.
Points are typically added to the customer’s account after an order is placed.
Points are not earned on:

Gift card purchases

Taxes
-
Shipping fees
La Bouquetiere reserves the right to adjust point balances if points were awarded in error.
Redeeming Points
Reward points may be redeemed through the customer’s account to generate reward coupon codes.
Reward coupons:

May be applied during checkout on www.labouquetiere.com

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Must meet the minimum order threshold of $50
Once points are redeemed, they will be deducted from the customer’s account.
Coupon Restrictions
Reward coupons:

Cannot be redeemed for cash

Cannot be applied to gift card purchases

May be limited to one reward coupon per order
Additional promotional restrictions may apply.
Reward coupons may not be combined with certain promotional offers at the discretion of La Bouquetiere.
Points Expiration
Reward points do not expire.
Members of The Bouquetiere Circle may accumulate and redeem their points at any time while their account remains active and the program is in operation.
Returns & Adjustments
If an order is returned or refunded, the reward points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer’s account.
If a reward coupon was used on an order that is later returned, the value of the reward coupon may not be reissued.
Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
Reward points:

Are non-transferable

May only be used by the account holder

Have no cash value
Program Changes
La Bouquetiere reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Bouquetiere Circle at any time without prior notice.
This includes, but is not limited to, changes to:

Reward values

Redemption thresholds
-
Program eligibility
Fraud or Misuse
Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse of The Bouquetiere Circle may have points revoked or accounts terminated at the discretion of La Bouquetiere.
La Bouquetiere reserves the right to limit, revoke, or adjust points if activity is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
